In addition to our line of pre-formed disposable bakery trays, weve utilized our expertise in the food packaging industry to create a line of fold-up, square corner bakery trays and sheet cake boxes for those customers requiring square corners for effective portion control. Our quarter sheet trays and half sheet trays are available in both Black Elegance and Kraft Natural utilizing the same functional and FDA-compliant food surface coatings that we developed for our line of pre-formed disposable bakeware. Importantly, our unique standard leak-proof fold-up design features our food surface coatings on the bottom of the tray and all four sides; unlike many of the fold-in designs often seen in the market with the often printed outsides of the trays folding in on the ends. Furthermore, our end locking devices are designed for ease of assembly, a superior lock, and for the ability to unfold the trays for cutting and serving, then refold and relock the bakery trays for storage of the remaining product.
SOLUT! currently stocks standard sized quarter sheet trays and half sheet trays with an E-Flute construction. Additionally, all base materials are also stocked in order to deliver quick turnarounds for custom sized trays, or stronger B-flute construction when needed for heavier items.
Made of corrugated paper, an ideal renewable resource, many of our material combinations have also passed the stringent standards and testing protocols defined by the Fibre Box Association for recyclability and repulpability.
